June 10 - 11, 2026
East Feliciana Rural Water will be performing aggressive flushing beginning at 9 am on Wednesday, June 10th and will continue through June 11th. Customers could experience low pressure and tinted water over the next several days while EFRW works to clean and flush out water mains. The system will maintain pressure and chlorination as required by LDH and will NOT issue a Boil Advisory at this time.

A scheduled outage has been planned for Tuesday, August 25th beginning around 8 am in order for East Feliciana Rural Water to install valves at the bridge on Hwy 955 East where construction is beginning. This outage will affect customers on Hwy 955 East from address 9419 to 11486. The Boil Advisory remains in effect until further notice. When services are restored customers should boil water prior to consumption.

The voluntary boil advisory issued on Friday, August 21st has been lifted. Samples
submitted to the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals has been cleared and water is considered safe for consumption.
